BASANTHI by Vasanthy

BASANTHI

Ingredients:

milk 1 gallon
sugar -1 cup
cardomom powder-1 spoon
saffron 3 strings
cashew-10 chopped
almond-10 chopped
pista-10 chopped
cucumber seed-2 spoons
peccan-10 chopped
wall nut-10 chopped

Procedure:
1. Boil the milk along with the sugar , untill it get condensed
2. The consistency shud be so thickened, like a batter
3. Add the saffron strings
4. Add all the dry fruits finely chopped
5. Add cardomom powder
6. Now our BASANTHI is ready to be served as a Dessert
