Basundhi Recipe
Heat milk in a thick bottomed pan....Low flame la ye vechi keep collecting the aadai at the side of the pan...like konjam paal aadai vanthan udane, move it to one side....keep stirring every 1 min or so...adi puttdikama iruka...once the milk reduces to half its quantity, add sugar and konjam med flame la vechi, keep stirring for 10 mins...finally add badam (coarse a cut panni) and saffron oru 3 - 4 strands add pannunga...avlothan...konjam time consuming...but very easy to make...
Serve hot or cold!!!
