PINEAPPLE SOUP

PINEAPPLE PIECES-2 OR 3
GHEE-1 TABLE SPOON
MUSTARD SEEDS-1/2 SPOON
JEERAGAM (CUMIN SEEDS)-1/2 SPOON
GINGER-1 SMALL PIECE
GREEN CHILLI-1
THOORDHAL-1 TABLE SPOON
SALT-1/2 SPOON
LEMON JUICE-1 SPOON
CORIANDER LEAVES-CHOPPED
PROCEDURE:

1.TAKE THE PINEAPPLE PIECES, CRUSH IT,GRIND IT INTO A PASTE IN MIXIE, AND EXTRACT THE JUICE.
2.COOK THOORDHAL, AND BOIL IT IN A PRESSURE COOKER, MIX IT WITH WATER,FILTER IT, AND GET THE EXTRACT.
3.HEAT GHEE IN A PAN,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERAGAM(CUMIN SEEDS),ADD GINGER PIECE, GREEN CHILLI.
4.POUR THE EXTRACT OF THOORDHAL INTO THIS MIXTURE.
5.ADD SALT TO TASTE AND ADD LEMON JUICE.
6.ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER FOR DECORATION.
7.NOW OUR PINEAPPLE SOUP IS READY TO SERVE.
