baby corn gravy


frozen baby corn - 5
Frozen peas - 2 spoons
tomato puree - 2 spoons
onion - 1
ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
red chilli powder,salt - acc to taste
turmeric - 1 pinch
garam masala - 1 pinch
dhania powder - 1/2 spoon
cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
lemon juice - few drops
coconut milk - 2 spoons(optional)
oil - 1 spoons
jeera- few
cilantro - few

1.Cut the babycorn into pieces(may be round or length wise).keep in microwave for 1 min
2.In 1 spoon of butter/oil splutter jeera,add finely chopped onion.AFter few mnts add gg paste,tomato puree.
3.Then add turmeric,baby corn and all masalas.add 1/2 cup water and allow the raw smell to vanish.after all the water evaporates add salt and peas(frozen peas takes only little time to cook,so add at last)
4.Dont over cook.All the baby corns and peas should be in same shape but should be soft enough.
5.Finally add 2 spoons of coconut milk and mix well.It will be like thick gravy.Now add lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
