Oats Chappathi by Sowdeswari


Dry Roast Rolled oats - Cool and grind it fine in the spice grinder

Use 1:1 ratio Chappathi flour(i used Ashirwad) : Oats Flour grinded above

Make chappathi as you would normally make - but let the dough be more soft. I used a little Yogurt when making the dough.
